A silk manufacturing method and a silk fabric by using the same are provided to process the surface of 100% silk fabrics by means of a nap-raising machine physically. A yarn of below 500t/m is twisted by means of two woofs among 100 to 110 woofs(10) of 100% silk and the 40 to 42 of warps(the number of filaments)(20) so that the silk is woven. The woven silk fabric is processed under 90 degrees in centigrade for 30 to 40 minutes and then the moisture within the silk fabrics by an absorbing device is absorbed. Thereafter, the tension is minimized at the temperature of below 80 degrees in centigrade and dried. A loop erected hair(11) is formed on the surface of the dried silk fabrics by means of a hair erection device. The dried silk fabrics are rolled and worked immediately. The hair erection device is an invert device and the loop hair erection process is performed by 8 times by using two linked hair erection devices.

A method and appts. for washing long tapes, e.g. hooks-loops fastener tapes, involves advancing the tape into, from and back into, each of several successive hot water baths, re-immersion being done at least once w.r.t. each bath, and between baths water is removed from the tape. The appts. comprises a series of hotwater baths, each with a spaced pair of submergd guide rolls, above the gap between which is an overhead guide roll. The tape zigzags about the rolls. The method and appts. is used in the removal of oil, dust, debris, without twisting or entangling the tape.
