A nozzle assembly for a textile vacuum dehydration system is provided to maximize the dehydration efficiency without damaging textile by improving the nozzle assembly, and to raise the processing property by eliminating the work defect. A vacuum pump(101) is equipped so that vacuum is generated. A steam separator(103) is connected with the vacuum pump through a vacuum line(102), and separates the moisture and the vacuum inhaled from the textile(104). A nozzle assembly(105) is connected with the steam separator, and removes the moisture and the impurity contained in the textile by using the vacuum generated by the vacuum pump. A flange is prepared at the one end of the joint for connecting the nozzle assembly with the steam separator. A nozzle plate is prepared at the side of the joint. A pair of nozzle tubes are maintained at the nozzle plate by a support bracket. A cleaning water nozzle supplies the cleaning water to the nozzle tube for inner cleaning. An inhale hole is formed at the upper center of the nozzle tube along the length direction for sucking the moisture and the impurity. An inhale nozzle is connected with the textile at the upper part of the inhale hole for sucking the moisture and the impurity.

Described is an apparatus for continuously dewatering a fabric web in rope form. Said apparatus has a first compressor, a second compressor, a dewatering module, and a drive unit associated with the dewatering module to convey the fabric web in rope form through the dewatering module. The dewatering module is designed as a fabric web guide through which the fabric web in rope form is conveyed at an adjustable speed. The first compressor is connected to the fabric web guide at the pressure end, and the second compressor is connected thereto at the suction end, so that the fabric web in rope form which is to be dewatered and is conveyed through the fabric web guide is subjected at least once to compressed air and at least once to suctioning within the fabric web guide, the mass flow exiting the first compressor being adapted to the mass flow suctioned by the second compressor.

The invention relates to a method and a device for treating tubular textile materials (1), e.g. circular knitted fabrics, so as to apply chemicals, textile auxiliaries, dyes, or similar by continuously feeding the tubular material (1) into a horizontal frame (5) comprising a liquid bath via a material reservoir (2) and redirecting the tubular material (1) to a tensioning mechanism (13, 14) with an adjustable gap width to the circular expander (16) of an annular suction nozzle (17) via an adjustable guide roller (12). According to the invention, homogeneous and reproducible effects with a high degree of penetration of chemicals, textile auxiliaries, and dyes are obtained on textile material by providing a minimal liquor content in the horizontal frame (5), creating long dipping distances of the web of material (1) over and underneath the guide rollers (10) in order for the bath to better penetrate the top face and bottom face of the web of material, carrying out an intermediate dewatering process in the tensioning mechanism (13, 14) while optionally adding small amounts of bath, annularly expanding the tubular material on the circular expander (16), and carrying out a final dewatering process with the aid of the annular suction nozzle (17). The liquid withdrawn there is reconcentrated and redirected to the liquid bath.

A device (10) is used to wind and unwind a textile web (1) on a spool (20) when it comes in out or of a wet processing group (2). The device has a deflecting and pressing roller (11) that is mounted at the free ends of winding arms (8) and presses against the spool (20). A dehumidifier (30) designed as a suction pipe (12) is mounted immediately upstream of the pressing roller (11). The textile web (1) may thus be wound on the spool (20) with a relatively low humidity content.
