Zur Abtastung der Warenrandstellung wird mit einer Betriebsunterbrechung in der Nähe des Warenrandes eine Tastnadel (2) in die Gewebebahn (18) eingeführt, um die Verschiebung des Warenrandes (19) während des Stillstandes der Webmaschine festzustellen. Die Tastnadel (2) ist einer Betätigungseinrichtung (3) verbunden, um die Tastnadel (2) in die Gewebebahn (18) einzuführen und mit einem Wegaufnehmer (3) induktiv gekoppelt, um die Verschiebung des Warenrandes (19) zu messen.

Bei einer Webmaschine kann somit in vorteilhafter Weise, die aufgrund unterschiedlicher Ursachen und Vorgänge z.B. durch selbsttätiges Entspannen des Gewebes und der Kettfäden, bewirkte Verschiebung des Warenrandes während des Stillstandes der Webmaschine kontinuierlich abgetastet werden.

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zur Steuerung des Anwerfens einer mit einem elektromotorischen Hauptantrieb ausgerüsteten Webmaschine (1), wobei von der Maschinensteuerung (2) die Stillstandszeit ermittelt wird, die Ursache des Stillstandes sowie die Art der zum Zeitpunkt des Stillstandes in der Maschine verarbeiteten Webbindung. Diese Parameter werden über einen Mikroprozessor (4) verarbeitet, der entsprechend aus einer Bibliothek (8) ein passendes Programm zum Hochlaufen der Maschine aussucht, über das dann das Hochlaufen der Maschine gesteuert wird. Mit dem erfindungsgemässen Verfahren lassen sich Unzuträglichkeiten früher bekannter Verfahren, beispielsweise nach voreingestellter Stillstandszeit, vermeiden, bei denen es während des Stillstandes der Maschine zu nachteiligen Veränderungen in den Eigenschaften der Garne kam.

L'invention permet de supprimer les défauts du tissu tels que les barres ou les clairs.

Eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle (66) der Kettableassvorrichtung (2) und der Warenabzugsvorrichtung (4) ist über ein Rückschaltgetriebe (10) mit der Nebenantriebswelle (46) verbunden. Das Rückschaltgetriebe (10) ist als Ueberlagerungsgetriebe ausgebildet und enthält einen Hilfsmotor (90), um der Kettablassvorrichtung (2) und der Warenabzugsvorrichtung (4) eine rückläufige Drehbewegung überlagern zu können. Eine elektronische Steuervorrichtung (12), die mit der Fachbildevorrichtung (6) und dem Rückschaltgetriebe (10) verbunden ist, ermöglicht bei vorwärtslaufender Webmaschine ein Zurückschalten des Webprogrammes.

A weft-bar prevention system for a loom which can prevent weft-bar caused when the loom is immediately restarted, after the loom has been stopped due to weft- or warp-thread cut. When the loom is restarted from the closed-shed state, a greater additional warp tension is applied to the warp threads; when the loom is started from the open-shed state, a smaller additional warp tension is applied to the warp threads. After one or two cycles of the loom motion, the above-mentioned additional warp tensions are not applied, because the main motor is in a stable condition. The system according to the present invention comprises an optical loom-starting angle sensor for detecting whether the loom is started from the closed-shed or open-shed, a counter for determining at least one initial cycle during which warp tension is controlled, an air cylinder to push the easing lever in the direction to increase warp tension, etc.
