When the top of the empty bobbin is advanced to the space between the roller 33 and the guide member 34, the empty bobbin is transferred upwards by the rotation of the drawing roller in a state where it is kept from the top, and drawn from the peg. The shaft 26 of the roller is set in parallel with the moving direction of the empty bobbin, the empty bobbin is always influenced by the action of the drawing roller even if it is continuously transferred, and it is drawn up from the peg without strain.

An excessive force does not act on the spindle, even if the bobbin holder goes back, when the bottom the bobbin is lower than the top of the spindle.

The receiving/supporting surface is approximately unenclosed, the receiving/supporting surface and the delivery device are displaceable relative to each other at the throwing/placing area where the fiber sliver can be thrown/placed and the receiving/supporting surface is horizontally reciprocable.
