CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing Bacillus thuringiensis(BT) preparation for domestic animals comprises the steps of: fermenting Bacillus thuringiensis(KCCM 11579) in a nutrient broth containing peptone and meat extract at 37 deg.C with agitation of 180 rpm; in a stationery phase of Bacillus thuringiensis(KCCM 11579), that is, after 13 to 16 hours of fermentation, adding 1.0 wt.% of manganese into the Bacillus thuringiensis fermented medium to induce the formation of endospores and production of endotoxin which result in the inhibition of generation and growth of fly.
