According to the present invention, a user can conveniently and hygienically clean hands with cleaning water sprayed via the spraying nozzle and maintain good hygienic conditions by the sterilization utilizing ultraviolet rays. Additionally, the utilization of the hand washing device can be improved by dehumidification, deodorization, cooling-and-heating, and air-freshening functions of the hand washing device.
