264 | Display units | US427029 | 1973-12-13 | US3938665A | 1976-02-17 | Clive St. John Rumble |
The invention relates to a unit for displaying cassettes and tape cartridges. The unit is pivotally mounted about a fixed support and comprises one or more radially extending display sections each of which is adapted to receive the cassettes in a slidable manner in the radial direction from the ends of the arms forming the display section. Unauthorised removal of the cassettes is prevented by a locking device which may be positioned under the control of a locking mechanism across the plane of withdrawal of the cassette from the arms of each display section. The locking device may comprise a relatively rotatable frame incorporating locking bars. In an alternative arrangement a locking rod may be positioned in the arms for vertical or horizontal movement under the control of a locking mechanism. The locking rods may also be angularly movable.
265 | Position locating device for display hanger | US481898 | 1974-06-21 | US3935949A | 1976-02-03 | Maurice Cohen |
A device for positively locating a pivotal display hanger in a selected position of use on a support, said device having a base member that is fixed to the support and a locating member that is mounted on the end of the hanger and rotatable therewith, the locating member cooperating with the base member to provide for a step-by-step movement of the hanger when it is pivoted so that the hanger is locatable in a selected position of use.
266 | Display unit | US34572373 | 1973-03-28 | US3883037A | 1975-05-13 | SEILLER PIERRE FRANCOIS XAVIER |
A display unit for spectacles disposed around the periphery of a plurality of circular members disposed one above the other and located by a central vertical tube. Each member has downward by (downwardly) extending hollow projections engaging in recesses formed on the top of upstanding projections on the member below, so that the members are spacedly engaged and can be rotated simultaneously. For storage each member is lifted and rotated to nest the downward projections of all the members and likewise nest the upward projections so that the unit is in a collapsed state occupying less space.
