| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To store a proportional mixing mechanism, a quantitative injecting mechanism, and a flow rate control mechanism properly and compactly in a casing with common components, to manufacture the controller at low cost, and to enable the proportional mixture, quantitative injection, and accurate flow rate control. CONSTITUTION: The respective proportional mixing mechanism 9, quantitative injecting mechanism 10, and flow rate control mechanism 11 are properly stored in the casing 1. A controller 5 is provided on the top surface of the casing 1 and the screw hole 4 of the opening part 2 of the casing 1 and the screw hole 6 which is provided at the same distance W with holes at the four corners of the controller 5 are fixed through a bolt 7. A control board 12 which controls the respective proportional injecting mechanism 9, quantitative injecting mechanism 10, and flow rate control mechanism 11 is incorporated in the control box 8 of the controller 5.
