摘要 | NEW MATERIAL:An oxime compound of formula I (Het is aromatic heterocyclic group containing one or more N atoms as hetero atoms; X is S or formula II; R is H, lower alkyl or aralkyl; n is 1 or 2). EXAMPLE: (2-Benzoxazolylthio)acetaldehyde oxime. USE: Useful as a remedy for various diseases such as gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastritis, hyperacidity, etc. having antiulcer activity against intestinal ulcers with low toxidity, and orally and parenterally administrable preferably in 0.5W 50mg dose per kg body weight. 10W1,000mg active constituent is preferably contained in the administration unit form. PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula III (M is alkali metal) is reacted with a compound of formula IV (Y is halogen or tosyloxy) to give the aimed compound of formula V which is the compound of formula I (X is S).
