| 摘要 | PURPOSE:To exactly and easily insert cores into holes of prescribed molds by the constitution in which the cores can be inserted into said holes while a drag flask of a swiveling receiving plate is raised and rotated on the outside of a molding section. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 14 is raised by a lifting cylinder 12 and the bottom surface of the drag flask 6' is received by a rotary receiving plate 17 at the top end of a revolving shaft 16 of a rotating machine 15 on the top surface. The bottom surface of the flask 6' is engaged and disengaged by the pins of receiving bars 10, 10'. The machine 15 operates in said position and the plate 17 rotates the flask 6' while rotating at a low speed or at every 90 deg.. An operator inserts the cores successively into the mold holes on the top surface of a casting mold 18 of the flask 6' under rotation. The machine 15 stops and the plate 14 descends when the insertion of the cores ends upon rotation of the flask 6' by one turn. The flask 6' is then received by the bars 10, 10'. The swiveling receiving plates 3 turns backward again at 180 deg. and starts mating of the mold 18 inserted with the cores. | ||
