PURPOSE: To increase the incinerating ratio of EP ashes and to economize the cost of fuel remarkably by a method wherein a fluidized bed furnace is provided in a dry box part of the bottom of a boiler. CONSTITUTION: A porous plate 35 is arranged in the dry box 23a hanged from a lower cone 20' of a boiler body 20. A duct 38 for supplying combustion air A joins a recyclic duct 26 of combustible gas to make a fluidized gas supply duct 37 and to connect with a wind box 36. The EP ashes are supplied from an EP ashes nozzle 29 to the fluidized bed part. The inner part of a fire chamber 21 is 1,000W1,200°C in temperature and the recyclic exhaust gas is about 300W 350°C. Accordingly, the temperature of the fluidized bed 34 ranges 500 and 800°C by means of the heat due to combustion of EP ashes in the bed and the radiant heat of the fire chamber 21. PURPOSE: To provide a fluid bed boiler wherein combustion means for blowing pulverulent solid fuel in the free board and burning the same therein is provided thereby to efficiently burn fine powders to increase the combustion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: Coals and the like which have been pulverized in the pretreatment pass through a fuel supply pipe 11 and supplied to a fluid bed 3 of coals and the like by a fuel supplier 12. Air is supplied to a wind box 1 through an air supply pipe 6, and passes through an air dispersing plate 2, fluidizing and burning the fluid bed of coals and the like, and is converted into a combustion gas. Then, the combustion gas passes through a free broard, and gives heat to the heat exchanger 16 of the free broad 4, passing through an outlet flue 7, being dust-removed in a dust removing device 8, and extracted through a gas exhaust pipe. PURPOSE: A power steam generator having a floating combustion chamber for rapid pyrolysis using fine refuse derived fuel (FRDF) for extending the stay time of high-temperature gas is provided to effectively use thermal energy and high-temperature gas generated from FRDF using a baffle plate part for extending the stay time of the high-temperature gas. CONSTITUTION: A power steam generator having a floating combustion chamber for rapid pyrolysis using FRDF for extending the stay time of high-temperature gas comprises a downcomer (9), arch header overflow pipes (32), a water wall circulator (62), an evaporating riser pipe (6) for a front water pipe, and a fireproof arch pipe (31). The downcomer is connected to a header circulator (91) connected to a water drum. The arch header overflow pipes are extended from the top and bottom of a downcomer header (1). The water wall circulator is connected to water pipe wall headers connected to a header circulator (101). The evaporating riser pipe is extended upward from a front water wall header (61) and is connected to a steam drum (7) of a water pipe boiler (22). The fireproof arch pipe is extended upward from an arch header (3).

본 발명은 보일러 본체와 이코너마이저가 일체로 된 모듀라형 수관 보일러 또는 노통 수관 보일러로서 현지공사를 현저히 간략화 하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 수관보일러 또는 노통 수관보일러의 가스 흐름방향으로 수관군만으로 구성된 보일러 본체와 당해 보일러 본체와 동일한 혹은 상이한 구성의 수관군으로 형성되는 이코너마이저부를 일체로 하는 구조로 하고, 상기의 수관군의 구성 각 부분을 적절히 분할 가능하도록 거의 동일치수와 동일형상의 모듀라형의 구조로 한 것이다. 보일러 본체부 및 이코너마이저부를 함께 일체로 하여서 모듀라형에 조립해서 보일러 전체를 콤펙트하게 하고, 이때 각기 수관군을 모듀라형으로 함으로 각 모듈이 적당한 치수와 크기로 분리 가능하고 보일러 전체를 공장에서 조립하며, 현장으로 분할, 반입하여 그 조립이 용이하게 할 수 있어 설치공기를 단축할 수 있는 이코너마이저 전열면을 구비한 수관 또는 노통 수관 모듀라형 보일러이다.
