SE DESCRIBE UN SISTEMA DE DISIPACIÓN DE CALOR PARA UNA MÁQUINA TEJEDORA DE ALTA VELOCIDAD QUE INCLUYE UNA PISTOLA DE AIRE A TEMPERATURA SÚPER BAJA. AIRE FRÍO ES EXPULSADO DESDE UNA SALIDA DE AIRE FRÍO DE LA PISTOLA DE AIRE A TEMPERATURA SUPER BAJA PARA ALEJAR EL ALTO CALOR PRODUCIDO POR UNA BASE CILINDRICA DURANTE UN PROCESO DE TEJIDO. LA PISTOLA DE AIRE A TEMPERATURA SÚPER BAJA ESTÁ CONECTADA A UN TUBO DE EXTENSIÓN Y SE EXTIENDE HASTA UN ESPACIO ENTRE UN DISCO DE CORTE Y UN PLACA DE PRENSADO, O BASES HUNDIDAS, O UN ANILLO DE ROMBO INFERIOR Y DOS BASES HUNDIDAS, O BOQUILLAS DE ALIMENTACIÓN DE HILO. AIRE FRÍO EXPULSADO DESDE LA SALIDA DE AIRE FRÍO PASA A TRAVÉS DEL ESPACIO HASTA LA BASE CILINDRICA U OTROS COMPONENTES PERIFÉRICOS DE LA MÁQUINA TEJEDORA CIRCULAR DE ALTA VELOCIDAD PARA LOGRAR EL EFECTO DE DISIPACIÓN DE CALOR. LA PISTOLA DE AIRE A TEMPERATURA SÚPER BAJA ESTÁ INSTALADA DENTRO DE UNA EXTREMIDAD PARA SOPORTAR UN DISPOSITIVO DE SUMINISTRO DE HILO O SOBRE SU SUPERFICIE EXTERNA O SOBRE UN ANILLO DE ALIMENTACIÓN DE HILO. The method comprises spacing and grouping of the needles in the upper and the lower cylinder in such a way that the number of needles (a) in each group (A) of the upper cylinder (1) is 2 a 5, and the number of needles (b) in each group (B) of the lower cylinder (2) is 1 b 3, and in each group (A) of the upper cylinder (2) x-number of needles (3) are provided, the needle-pushers (4) of which have lower and medium-range of heel samples, wherein 1 x 3 and x < a, when needles (3) are positioned in such a way that the n-number of the needle included between them, participating in the stitch looping by the upper (1) and the lower cylinder (2) is n 3. In tooting the hosiery product all needles of the upper and lower cylinder take part, after which starts the knitting of the single stocking welt wherein needles (3), the needle-pushers (4) of which have low and medium range of heal samples of the upper cylinder, remain in upper non-operating position, which only retains the stitch, and in the looping in the process of knitting the single stocking welt a-x number of needles of the upper cylinder (1) participate, and b-number of needles of the lower cylinder (2). After knitting of one of the welts with a length of 2L, where L is the desired length of the double welt in the finished product, needles (3) of the upper cylinder which have only retained the stitches in knitting of the welt, they now go into a process of stitch looping and connect the first and the last row of the single welt, and in this way a double, reversed welt of the finished product is produced. The device for attaining the method comprises an additional segment (6) mounted to the control-distribution drum (5) of the mechanism for the control of the double-cylinder knitting machine. When drum (5) revolves, segment (6) interacts with a sensing pin (7) which, by means of a system of levers (8, 9, 10, 11 and 12) actuates lid (13) controlling needles (3) of the upper cylinder (1), the needle pushers (4) of which have low or medium range of heal samples wherein lid (13) opens and needles (3) get into a non-operation groove for retaining the stitches until single welt with a length of 2L is knitted, where L is the length of the desired double welt in the finished product. |

A method and a circular stocking knit and knitting machine are explained. The method includes stages of provision of first and second fundamental yarns and colour yarn of a pattern for a basic knitted goods; provision of only one control for selecting needles of pattern in each feeding centre of the machine; each selected circular stocking knit, knitting machines and especially manufacture of pattern knitted goods in these machines for production of pattern knitted goods in circular knitting machines by circular stocking knit. It includes a circular stocking knit and a device that will select and control pattern needles for rising selected needles in a level higher than remaining needles in the knitting machine. |

To displace the sinkers, for example of a circular knitting machine, during the loop-forming operation, there is fastened to the stationary sinker ring (7) a toothed rim (11), with which meshes a pinion (12) of a two-stage angular gear (13) connected to a feed wheel (19). The feed wheel, having take-up bosses (20), performs the function of a wedge-shaped cam part for displacing the sinkers (21', 21'', 21'''), of which one sinker (21') is located at the start of the loop-forming depth and the other sinkers (21'', 21''') have assumed half the loop-forming depth and the entire loop-forming depth respectively. By means of the feed wheel (19), extremely large loop-forming angles can be achieved without appreciable wear of the parts connected to the loop-forming mechanism, so that complete individual loop-forming can be achieved, even where high finenesses and large stitch lengths are concerned. |
