Consequently, the adhesive material holding arm 6 pulls the fulcrum 5 of the holding arm to be moved to the outside resisting a spring 9. Following this movement, an adhesive material 4 retained on the same arm 6 is peeled off the certificate stamp 7 pressed by a non-adhesive material part 8 to be moved upward. Further, despite the freeing of the adhesive material holding arm 6 from the pressing action by the grip 2, the holding arm 6 is maintained under the same state as the holding arm 6 is locked by a stopper plate 11.
