CONSTITUTION:A formed pellet contains PbI2, MoS2 and TiS2 used as positive active materials, and at least one powder chosen from among plastic metals such as Pb, Cu and Al. The contact interface of the above formed pellet which touches a solid electrolyte is roughened. Such roughening of the formed pellet can be easily performed by packing a given amount of mixture powder consisting of the positive active materials and a plastic metal into a specific cylinder, and then pressure-molding the mixture powder by means of either a press piston which is provided with a sand paper stuck on its press surface, or a press piston having a rough press surfac. The formed pellet prepared in such a manner as above provides a large contact area between the active material and the solid electrolyte.
