CONSTITUTION: One pt.wt. soybean milk prepared from soybeans or powder thereof by the conventional method is mixed with 0.6W1.4pts.wt. KONJAK powder (devil's-tongue powder), and the resultant mixture is then stirred vigorously to give a mixed paste, which is then allowed to stand at room temperature for 0.5W3hr. A limewater is the added thereto, and the resultant mixture is then heated at 40W80°C for 3W15min, coagulated and molded into a noodle form.
