The oil component flow D is further accelerated of the sedimentation rate of the electrostatic floc by the action of the electromagnet 18 having the magnetic force about twice that of the electromagnet 12. The purified oil is led from the discharge ports 21, 24 of the purifying tank 20 and settling tank 14 through pipes 22, 25 into a tank 23.
