At this time, the sludge 16 is stored temporarily in the sludge aeration tank 17, and supplied to the aeration tank 12 as the activated sludge 18 at the constant rate or by proportional control in proportion to the influent quantity in conformity with time flowing the waste water into the aeration tank 12.
