CONSTITUTION: Ceramic raw sheets 1 and nets 2 using wirelike materials consisting of material materials dissipating at high temp. such as org. or volatile material are alternately laminated and pressed to one piece, whereby the raw ceramic body built and buried in with the nets 2 is obtained. This raw ceramic body is fired at, for example, 1,400W1,600°C, to a sintered body. In this firing process, the nets 2 are burnt away, whereby a filter F formed with multiple fine pores 3 is obtained. Organic fiber materials including synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, vegetable fibers such as cotton, animal fibers such as wool and volatile materials may be used for the organic material or volatile material.
