When the ambient temperature is decreased to lower than 20°C, the spring 6 of the shape memory alloy is softened, the tensile force of the bias spring 8 rotates the disc 7 in a direction reverse to a direction, in which the disc is opened, against the spring of the shape memory alloy, and causes the disc 7 to restore to a closed state. The contacts 20 and 21 of the source switch are brought into an OFF-state, and running of the fan 9 is stopped.
