CONSTITUTION: A damper case main unit 1 is mounted to an equipment frame of each kind at a mounting part 12, and an internal bevel gear 14 is integrally formed to an internal surface of a cylindrical part 11 in the damper case main unit 1, simultaneously a supporting shaft 16 is protrusively provided to the center part of said main unit. The first sun gear 3 of spur gear and the second sun gear 4, used as a driven side bevel gear, are rotatably fitted to this supporting shaft 16. Planetary gears 5, used as, for instance, three driven side bevel gears, are bearing supported to a disc shaped part 32 of the first sun gear 3, and meshed to said gear 4 and 14 to constitute a speed increase mechanism. Then thrust force is generated in the gear 4 by meshing rotation of the planetary gears 5 and the sun gear 4 at an output side of said speed increase mechanism, and the gear is press contacted to the case main unit 1 to obtain damping force.
