The main propelling engine 1 is operating at sea for running the generator 7 as mentioned to transmit the electric power for use of the vessel. The hydraulic pumps 10, 11 are driven through a clutch 9 from the speed multiplying unit 3 to drop and weigh anchor unit hydraulic motors 14, 15 with the pump 10 and to drive the moorings hydraulic motor 16 with the pump 11 for operating the drop and weigh anchor unit and the moorings through a clutch 9 as mentioned, resulting to eliminate a conventional auxiliary generator for fulfilling a remarkable labor saving effectiveness.
