An air outlet 11b formed between the top of the transparent resin plate 8 and a top wall 2b of the elongate metal plate 2 opens to a header space 13 communicated with the top of a duct 14 that is in communication with the outside of the house via the space under the floor. The duct 14 is provided with a blower 16 and a heat exchanger 15 of a heat pump.
