CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric body laminated block 13 is fixed between a pedestal and a load body and formed by integrally laminating and fixing two end part electrodes 14, an intermediate electrode 15 and two laminated sheets 17 each formed by laminating two or more film-like piezoelectric bodies 16. Each of the sheets 17 has the same number of the piezoelectric bodies 16 having the same planar shape and the same piezoelectric characteristics and the polarization directions of the piezoelectric bodies 16 are the same within one sheet 17 but mutually opposite between two sheets 17. The electrode 15 is positioned at the intermediate part of the total number (even number) of the laminated piezoelectric bodies 16. Lead wires 18 are respectively connected to the peripheral edge parts of the electrodes 14, 15 and the electrodes 14 at both ends are connected to set the potential difference with the electrode 15 to detection output. By this constitution, the output due to pyroelectric effect is not generated and temp. characteristics become well.
