CONSTITUTION: A film-like piezoelectric body 13 is fixed to the measuring surface 12 of a pedestal 11 and a load body 14 functioning as an inertial mass part is bonded thereto. The load body 14 is separated into divided load bodies 14a - 14c and, when the constitutional material of the load body 14a is selected, the difference in heat conductivity between said material and the constitutional material of the pedestal 11 is set to relation represented by formula 0.8 (KB/tB) ≤ (KW/tW) ≤ 1.2 (KB/tB) (wherein tW is the thickness of the load body 14a, KW is the heat conductivity of the load body 14a, tB is the thickness of the pedestal and KB is the heat conductivity of the pedestal). When this relation is satisfied, even when there is a temp. change in the arrangement place of the sensor, the difference between heat conduction speeds to both electrodes of the piezoelectric body 13 is reduced and temp. difference is also sufficiently reduced and, therefore, the output of pyroelectric effect is reduced and noise output can be reduced.
