CONSTITUTION: IDT 2 and 3 are respectively composed of comb-shaped electrodes 2a, 2b, 3a and 3b, which are mutually incoming and outgoing, and further, the above mentioned electrodes 2a and 2b or the electrodes 3a and 3b are short-circuited through a short circuit pattern in the manner of the direct current. This short circuit pattern 7 is sufficiently thinned out and equipped with a fixed guide component. Otherwise, the thickness and length is set so that a power reflection factor due to the synthetic admittance of the both short circuit pattern and the IDT can be made small in comparison with the power reflection factor due to the admittance of the IDT. Thus, not only during a manufacture process but also during real use, discharging can be prevented from being destroyed by the pyroelectric effect and simultaneously, the characteristic of the element can satisfactorily be corrected.
