When a push button in the upper part of a main body 8 is pushed, the hot water in the container 1 is passed through a hot water supplying route 11 and goes out by an air pump 10. On the other hand, even in the case of vacant heating, since the thermal responsiveness of the pyroelectric steam sensor 7 is satisfactory, the abnormal increase of the temperature in the container 1 is detected.
