CONSTITUTION: A flat plate type heat pipe 9, made of a metallic material having a good heat conductivity, is attached to the upper surface or the cooling unit side of a thermo-module 3. The flat plate type heat pipe 9 is provided with a wick 10 in the hollow part thereof to improve the circulation of operating liquid. A heat pipe radiator 11 for radiating heat quickly is provided at the lower side or the evaporating unit side of the thermo-module 3 through a heat radiating block 12 while the heat pipe is finned to improve the heat radiating property thereof. When an electric current is conducted through the thermo- module in such a condition, the upper surface of the same absorbs heat and the lower surface of the module 3 generates heat by Peltier effect whereby the temperature difference of about 30°C is generated. Accordingly, the heat absorbing unit may be kept at 5°C when a high temperature unit is controlled so as to be kept at 35°C.
