Subsequently, switch valves 14, 16, 18 are opened and, while an opening degree of the switch valve 14 is adjusted, the washing liquid is drawn out from a drain discharge pipe 5 and, at the same time, air is sent from an air supply pipe 17 and a filter cake is subjected to shock peeling by the disturbance of the liquid and bursting phenomenon of a liquid surface due to raising air bubbles.
