CONSTITUTION: Input signal voltage is converted into a current in an input buffer 2 and inputted to a superconducting switch 4 composed of the Josephson junction. The superconducting switch 4 is under a superconducting state by a Josephson effect in a sample mode, and a hold capacitor 6 is charged by the current through the superconducting switch 4. In a hold mode, a magnetic field generator 5 generates a critical magnetic field, the superconducting switch 4 shifts from the superconducting state to an ordinary conducting state, the current is interrupted, and the charging for the hold capacitor 6 is stopped. Further, the terminal voltage of the hold capacitor 6, which is held in a constant value, is outputted as held signal voltage through an output buffer 7. Thus, the input signal can be subjected to sampled-held at superhigh speed with high accuracy.
