The relation of each volumes (V2 and V1) in the gas plenum 11 and the entering chamber 21 of coolant, becomes to V1 ≥ V2 (P2 / P1-1), and if the volume V2 of the gas plenum may become small, the volume V1 of the entering chamber 21 of coolant can be reduced. The bending is provented by a guide spacer 16.
