When an unbalance between the amount of incidence of solar beams into a solar pond 4 and the demanding amount of heat of a thermal load 8 is generated and the abnormal overheating of the heat accumulating layer 3 is estimated to be generated, a valve 17 is opened to bypass the excessive amount of heat through the out-of house heat exchanger 6, then, is discharged into the salt water in the evaporating pond 9 by the heat exchanger 14 for discharging heat. When the thermal demand of the thermal load 8 becomes zero, the whole amount of the hot-water is discharged into the salt water through the heat exchanger 14 for discharging heat. The salt water in the evaporating pond 9 is sent to the heat exchanger 14 without being transferred to the heat accumulating layer 3. The excessive amount of heat, discharged to the evaporating pond 9, is discharged into atmosphere through an evaporating heat and thermal conduction to the atmosphere.，下面是Solar pond专利的具体信息内容。
