CONSTITUTION: When a large volume of ventilated air is required, a damper 1 for switching ventilation air passages is closed, and the outdoor air is taken in from a suction port 4, then it is supplied to a ventilation air passage 12 by a blower 6 through whole heat exchanger elements 10 and sensible heat exchange elements 11, and then it is supplied to an air discharge port 3 by bypassing a heat exchanger 8. And, part of the air in a room is sucked from a suction port 2a and the air exchanges its sensible heat or whole heat by opening and closing a damper 13 or 14 and enters a discharge port 5 on the outdoor side. Most of the air in the room is supplied to the discharge port 3 through the heat exchanger 8 from the suction port 2b by a blower 9.
