At the same time, the air sucked-in is made to flow into an opening 51 from a chamber suction port 19, then from a ventilation suction port 48 the air flows into the total heat exchanger 42 by a suction fan 36a through a discharge port 38 where the heat of the discharge air is collected. Thus collected air flows into an indoor suction port 34 from a suction communication port 27, passings through a prefilter 30, a high performance filter 31, and a blower 29 passing through a heat exchanger 28, where the air is heated or cooled down and is discharged outdoors from an indoor blowout port 22.
