Porous matters 8 are mixed with the solvent medium 7 and they are held with wire nets 9 from upside and downside thereof. A gas outlet port 10 is connected to a carburettor by a pipe. Thus, the fuel may be refilled easily at home without utilizing a dangerous high-pressure vessel and generation of public polutions may be reduced.
