Then these are roll-shaped to the desired plate thickness, after which aluminum alloys and copper alloys are heated to the same temperature and the flux-treatment of aluminum alloy and ageing-treatment of copper alloy are done at the same time. Furthermore ageing treatment of aluminum alloy is done and brake disk 7 that is triple-layered is formed. In this case, as the heat conductivity of both aluminum alloy and copper alloy is great, they excel in heat emissivity and the copper alloy that forms surface plates 11a, 11b has good anti-abrasiveness so that a long longevity can be possible.
