CONSTITUTION: The position of each conveyor 1 detected by a displacement detector 8 is compared with a control target locus signal generated from a D/A converter 9, and an error is controlled by an actuator 2 through a position servo-amplifier 3. A logical circuit 7 is adapted to send out a command signal for going and returning of each conveyor 1 through a start point detecting comparator 12a and a terminal detecting comparator 12b to control each conveyor 1. The going and returning speed of each conveyor 1 is set by speed setting devices 6-1, 6-2, and output to the D/A converter 9 through a voltage control transmitter 11, a switch 13 of a command signal for going and returning and an up-and-down counter 1.
