CONSTITUTION: At the time of measuring the natural vibration of a turbine blade 17, first a piezoelectric exciter 10 and a receiving voltage type sensor 6 are installed each to this turbine blade 17. Next, a frequency range to be measured is set by a fast Fourier transformer 18, and the set exciting frequency is generated by a signal generator 19. In succession, a signal out of the genera tor 19 is amplified by a power amplifier 20 and fed to the exciter 10, exciting the turbine blade 17. And, vibration of the turbine blade 17 is received by the sensor 16, and this received signal is amplified by a charge sensitive amplifier 21 and outputted to the transformer 18. On the other hand, at this transformer 18, a transfer function is measured on the basis of each signal out of the genera tor 19 and the sensor 16, and it is transferred to an electronic computer 22.
