Hereon, utilizing packing 4 for attaching said piezoelectric transducer 3, a couple of members 7 opposed to each other for attenuating reflected waves whose top ends are formed into a sawtooth state from rubber or soft synthetic resin are attached onto the piezoelectric transducer 3. By absorptively attenuating ultrasonic waves reflectively returned from the surface of the liquid with said members 7, an impediment on the characteristic of the piezoelectric transducer 3 and the deterioration of the atomizability of the liquid caused by the reflected vibrational waves are inhibited.
