At the side of the secondary winding 24 of a step-down transformer 21, a first electronic timing circuit, an air supply source control circuit and an ignition source control circuit (all these three circuits are not shown) are provided and also a secondary electronic timing circuit D and a flame detecting circuit are provided. And yet the circuits and the device described above are composed so as not only to sent out the signal to close said damper 37 after the finish of the prepurging period but also not to ignite until the actual closing of the damper 37 is confirmed.
