CONSTITUTION: The drive-controlling power source device of the three-terminal- variable-control electric valve of a transistor (hereinafter, Tr) 4 or the like is connected between the anode and the cathode of the Tr4, as the series connected unit of the first condenser 1 and a diode 2. A transformer 3 with a primary winding connected between the connecting mid-point of said series connected unit and the anode is set, and the one end of the secondary winding is directly connected to the cathode, and the other and is connected to the cathode, and the other end is connected to the cathode via a diode 5 and the second condenser 6. Current is fed to a driving circuit 7 from the connecting mid-point of the second condenser 6 and the diode 5 as power source, and by the circuit 7, through control signal from an external circuit, the Tr4 is drive- controlled. Then, the condenser 1 is charged when the Tr4 of OFF, and when it is ON, current is fed to the driving circuit 7 via the transformer 3.
