This synthesized signal is subjected to the frequency conversion in a means 9 and is subjected to power amplification in an amplifier 12 and is outputted from a terminal 13. The output signal of the amplifier 12 is subjected to the frequency conversion in a means 10, and intrawindow components of the spectrum in the signal are extracted by a BPF16. These components are detected by a means 17 and are sent to a control circuit 14 and are so controlled that they become minimum.
