Further, the balance input signal is mutually supplied to respective gates of the differential input MOS FET 31 and 41 by the reverse phase, and therefore, instantaneous voltages v

b of the connecting middle points A and B are also mutually changed by the reverse phase, supplied respectively to respective gates of MOS FETs 35 and 45, and the sum of electric currents iD

45 goes to be always constant. Thus, the same phase noise suppressing ratio is improved.
