Accordingly, the scanning of mirror 19 is stopped at the transmission time of the white signal, and then the mirror turning position is set manually to extract the white signal. After transmission of the white signal, the scanned signal is amplified by amplifier 29, and the carrier of carrier oscillator 30 is modulated through amplitude modulator 31 to be sent out to the transmission circuit.
