The invention relates to a system and a method for producing electricity, including the conversion of vibrating energy from the waves in a fluid into hydraulic or pneumatic energy. A portion of the fluid is trapped by a system of valves or check valves and guided into a pipe or compressed in a tank. At least one portion of the energy obtained by the flow or by pressure is converted into electric power. The fluid material can be liquid or gas. The energy-producing flow is obtained: without using pistons or pumps; without using mechanical systems coupled with electricity generators; without using compression tanks and without using a turbine. Once the flow is obtained, all the aforementioned parts can be used to take advantage of the flow, but said parts do not cause the flow.
