Next, an ultraviolet-ray radiating process and a dewing process are repeated plural times in accordance with necessity so that the sum total of both the processes is about 10 - 60 hours, a time ratio of both the process is 2/3 - 1/3, and the dewing process time exceeds about five hours. In such a way, the surface of the sample 9 can show a state being similar to a deteriorated state at the time when it is exposed out of doors for many hours, in a short time, and the test of high correlativity against natural deterioration is executed.
