CONSTITUTION: Signals ballast multiplier 4 is triggered by signal of frequency generator 2 of motor 1, this output and output of inverse amplifier 5 are input to AND gate 5, speed error signal is obtained, and this is supplied to converting circuit 11 of time-voltage and trapezoidal wave signal is obtained. On the other band, converting circuit 11 is controlled by flip-flop 10, this output and output of NOR gate 14 are supplied to sample hold circuit 13, and the motor 1 is driven via driving circuit 8. Therefore, direct current voltage is obtained in output of the sample hold circuit 13, relating to revolution of the motor 1, and since this is stable voltage in which ripple is few, stable control by which uneven revolution is not generated can be done.
