CONSTITUTION: The 1st differential input pair and a common gate MOSFET constitute a folded cascode. Since the output stage is formed by a common source inverter, the output voltage range is selected to a range decided by a common mode voltage feedback circuit CMFB. Since the frequency compensation circuit is connected between the output terminal and the source of a FET M6, the deterioration of noise rejection ratio at high frequencies is avoided. Gates of FETs M12, M13 being loads of the output stage are connected to output nodes 22, 23 respectively to increase the through-rate.
