3 , titanium lead zircnatie, etc. are turned into capsules by covering the surfaces with polymer latex, such as an acrylnitrilbutadiene copolymer, a styrenebutadiene copolymer, etc. The inorganic ferroelectric substance impalpable powder converted into capsules is sufficiently kneaded, uniformly dispersed, extension molded and polarization treated. Thus, its piezo-electric effect can be augmented, its flexibility can be bettered and it can easily be molding worked to a film.
