The surface characteristics such as the quantity of the electricity to be implanted and response speed are extremely improved by the excellent electrochemical activity specific to the tungsten oxide compd. coupled with the good conductive effect by the carbon fiber layer and the effect of increasing the specific surface area for reaction.
