Thence, the current flowing in the measuring circuit is converted to DC signal by an AC/DC converter 9 and is erased of noise in a filter 10, after which it is recorded as the absolute value of the contact resistance in a recording display device 13. Also, the standard voltage is applied as a reverse bias from a DC constant voltage power source 11 to the DC signal obtained through the converter 9' and filter 10' to erase its DC component, and only the change component is amplified in an amplifier 12 and this is recorded in the display device 13.
